This webcam is situated almost 150m from the edge of Corfu’s airport main runway.
Hosted by an all day place called SKY VIEW where you can enjoy the best views of Corfu’s arrivals and departures almost at the level of the passengers height while taking off or landing.

This live feed camera looks down the asphalt surface of ‘Runway 01′. of Corfu International Airport “Ioannis Kapodistrias”  which is a public airport owned by the Greek Government and operated by Fraport Greece. It is the only airport in Corfu and is located at Garitsa. ( Coordinates:  39°36′07″N 19°54′42″E )

The Runway is 2.373m long and is surrounded by the Lagoon of Chalikiopoulos where in its entrance Pontikonisi (mouse island)  and  and the Monastery of Panagia in Vlaherna are situated which are some of the most typical landscapes of the island.
